March 1!

Well, it is Saturday March 1!  Twenty or so days until the official start of spring, although one would never know it, this morning is was 2 degrees, I don't even want to think about the windchill. The broccoli, cauliflower and cabbage I planted last week are doing great!  I can't believe how quickly they are growing. Six weeks until my target date of opening, they should be in  prime shape for selling and planting.

My one big holdup is the delivery of hanging baskets I bought.  I ordered them over a week ago, they shipped a week ago and nothing yet.  I wish they'd get here as my nasturtiums and herbs for edible hanging baskets are getting restless. I was going to order more from this particular seller but I don't think so if it takes this long.  Makes me appreciate Amazon Prime that much more.

On the agenda today, planting more brussel sprouts, some various flowers, and transplanting some herbs. Six weeks seems a long time but it really isn't in the plant world.  I want all of these little guys ready to sell and transplant by April 16.

Onward and Upward, have a great Saturday!
